Lake Manyara Natioanal Park

About Lake Manyara Natioanal Park

The glistening waters of the lake entice giraffes, buffalos, wildebeest, zebras, antelope, and even small cats to wallow and drink. Lions love to climb the Sausage trees of this park, hot spring waters attract baboons, and underground springs burst forth at the end of the rain season. So many species of birds, including two types of flamingos, also flock to the waters of Lake Manyara. Camping or lodging are available, giving you plenty of time to explore more, and spy leopards on the early morning light!
